How do I book a studio? Booking

Open the catalog, choose a studio, and use the details modal to review amenities, rules, and available slots. Add to cart or favorites, then contact us to confirm times and finalize the reservation.

  • Best practice: include your intended start/end time and crew size.
  • If you need gear or paper backdrops, mention it upfront so we can reserve add-ons.
How do I access the space? Access

We provide access instructions after confirmation. Some studios use keypad entry, while others have on-site staff who meet you for check-in and a quick walkthrough.

If the building has freight/elevator rules, we’ll send arrival guidance to reduce delays.

Any extra fees? Pricing

Rates are hourly. Optional add-ons (seamless paper, extra lights, grip kits, set build support) are shown before you confirm. If a studio has building fees or after-hours access rules, we’ll disclose those during confirmation.

Tip

To avoid overtime charges, plan a 10–15 minute buffer for setup and pack-out.

What is the cancellation policy? Policies

We aim for flexibility while respecting studio time. Most bookings can be rescheduled with fair notice; late cancellations may be partially non-refundable depending on the studio’s rules.
